Shipping Policy
It is your responsibility to state the correct address and mobile number so that you receive the tracking information.
Where we ship to:
Australia wide domestic rate $10.95 (variable)
Express Post is available when selected at check out.
We do ship worldwide. Our international shipping is organised via zones. Rates vary according to weight and location and is at your expense:
Zone 1 - New Zealand | 4-6 working days
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6-13 working days
Zone 3 - Rest of the world | 10-15 working days
The cost per zone by weight is as follows:
Up to 500g - $20 for all zones (variable price)
Up to 1kg - varies for each zone (variable price)

Post Packaging & Delivery Service
All parcels are sent via tracked Aus Post postage service. All parcels are wrapped using as much and where possible environmentally friendly and recyclable packaging (fillers are biodegradable and bubble wrapped can be recycled). Aus Post is the post company that we use.
Issues with Delivery
Please inform us via email stellaslightbyanna@gmail.com if your package doesn’t arrive. All postage packages are tracked and insured for $100. If your package isn’t delivered there could be a number of issues for example:
If nobody was home the driver will leave a card with a location to pick up the package.
If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organise it to be shipped again at an additional cost to you.
Reasons for “Return to Sender”
incorrect or an incomplete address
failure to pick up from your local post office within their time frame
If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address you will be charged the additional shipping costs so please ensure you provide a clear and correct address to ship your items.
Refund Policy
Refund via Shipped Products
Please note if you are unhappy with the item you have purchased you have 7 days to return it, at the cost of your own postage, to receive a full refund.
Refund in Store
We don't do refunds. Please ensure you purchase carefully and ask questions or look things up before you purchase. We comply with all aspects of Australian Consumer Law. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement for products if you change your mind, however you can choose a refund or replacement if the product you purchased has a Major problem as defined by Consumer Affairs Victoria.
Jewellery Purchases
We don’t do refunds on Jewellery. If items are broken, tarnished or damaged during the time it is with you that is your responsibility. Jewellery should not be exposed to water, perfume, clothing that can pull at it or other modes of damage. This can tarnish and damage your jewellery items.
Appointment Cancellations
Appointment cancellations – We require 24 hrs notice to reschedule or cancel your booking. Any deposit or pre-payment paid will be forfeited (and cannot be transferred) if you do not allow this amount of time, or if you do not show up for your appointment, regardless of the reason. Please note each sub-contractor organise their own cancellation policy and they have the right to follow due process.
No shows – we send email confirmation of your booking, and a text message reminder 1 /2 days before your appointment. If you don’t show up for your session, you will lose any deposits made, and we will request full pre-payment for any subsequent bookings.
No response – we send email confirmation of your booking and a text message reminder 1/2 days before. If you do not respond to our text message reminder and other attempts to confirm your booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Repeated cancellations – if you cancel more than 50% of the appointments you have made, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any future bookings made.
Email Address:
Your email address stays only with us. When you sign up to contact us, come for a treatment or service, the blog, send us an email or make a purchase, your email address stays in a secure database for our eyes only. You can opt-out of our database at any time!
Postal Address
When you fill in your shipping address in the purchase-info form, it is seen only by us when your order notification is received and when your parcel is being labelled. Your address does not get recorded by our payment systems.
Credit Card
We never see your credit card information. All transactions are processed securely by our payment system, Stripe, and Square using SSL encryption technology.
Google Analytics during purchases
For research purposes, visitor traffic to these websites, blog, and store is monitored via google analytics database. This information helps us determine how to measure our customer's use of the site and how to grow the business for our customer's needs.
