An empowering afternoon to reflect and reset for 2023.

Who can attend: This workshop welcomes everyone and anyone in need of self empowerment and healing to start anew for 2023.

What happens: During this workshop we are going to explore your intentions for 2023 by reflecting over the last couple of years and manifesting the changes required. We will do a number of fun activities to teach you how to interpret oracle cards through symbols and colours. Support you in learning how to let go of what no longer serves you, as you set new intentions. To end the afternoon you will be guided through a beautiful meditation with vibrations of sound baths, connecting you closer to the spiritual realm.

When is this on: Sunday afternoon at 1.30pm till 3:30pm on 15th of January . Please arrive 10 minutes before door closes for a 1.30pm sharp start.

Who is the facilitator: Anna is the owner and founder of Stella Light Healing and Thornbury Apothecary. Anna has been practicing for the last 8 years and teaching meditation class alongside her teaching practice. Creating Stella's Light Healing has transformed Anna’s life in ways she could have never imagined and it continues to evolve each and every day. Stella's Light Healing is an intrinsic part of Anna’s identity. In 2015, when Anna returned to her mother country she had learned that healing and intuition were passed from her grandparents on both sides of the family to her. Anna is honoured that she gets to share this gift with those that come for ear candling, cupping, or reiki healing.
