What happens: A powerful Valentine’s Day workshop, embodying self-love, so you can stand in your own conviction with confidence and compassion. An afternoon of rewiring old belief systems, intuitive art, sound healing, and guided meditation. Ending with a delicious grazing platter and champagne.
When is this on: Sunday evening at 1.30pm on February the 12th. Please arrive 5 minutes before door closes for a 1.30pm sharp start.
Where is the location: Oktopia Studios in Thornbury. The studio is 5m from High St on Flinders Street, behind Thornbury Apothecary. Parking is available, along with a near by Tram Line (Route 86), and Thornbury Train Station. Please contact Anna if you are running late or lost on 0421726864.

Who are the facilitators: Anna is the owner and founder of Stella Light Healing and Thornbury Apothecary. Anna has been practicing for the last 8 years and teaching meditation class alongside her teaching practice. Creating Stella's Light Healing has transformed Anna’s life in ways she could have never imagined and it continues to evolve each and every day. Stella's Light Healing is an intrinsic part of Anna’s identity. In 2015, when Anna returned to her mother country she had learned that healing and intuition were passed from her grandparents on both sides of the family to her. Anna is honoured that she gets to share this gift with those that come for meditation classes, ear candling, cupping, or reiki healing.
Sakuna is the owner and founder of UNDO-U. Sakuna is a qualified Advanced Reiki Practitioner and a Meditation Therapist. Sakuna, is deeply connected to her intuition and works to address areas of much needed care and attention during her sessions. Having experienced her own healing journey and spiritual emergence, she has a variety of knowledge and experiences to share with you. Sakuna, believes that everyone is a healer, and she will work with your unique strengths to harness and uncover your abilities, so you will always align with your authentic self.
